CHECK-IN:
Please arrive early for class sessions to check-in, sign a waive and get set up for class.
WORKOUT CLEARANCE:
We encourage all members to visit your physician to get clearance for physical activity prior to the first day of any Levels classes and/or programs.
WAIVER:
All participants in Levels fitness classes are required to complete and sign a waiver prior to any physical activity.
REFUND POLICY:
Please read and review all information surrounding classes, programs, including scheduling as all sales are finals. Should you feel you have booked a class in error please email your inquiry to info@thelevelstudio.com.
FACILITY:
Please bring additional gym shoes to change into in the event of inclement weather for the protection of all members and preservation of studio mats.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
All client cancellations require a 24-72 hours advance notice by emailing info@thelevelsstudio or texting (810) 733-0679. Should the studio cancel any classes they will be canceled within the same timeframe and all participants will be notified.
PHYSICAL CONCERNS:
All fitness levels are welcome to Levels classes. If at any point you feel abnormal during a workout please take a moment for yourself to regain regularity. Never feel pressured to complete a workout when your body is communicating otherwise.

We value your privacy. Any information collected through this website and/or your hardcopy records are upheld to our confidentiality policy which prohibits the negligent use or re-distribution of your information for any reason.

A: Yes, we offer a beginner step class in our Levels Elite Athlete Beginner Program

A: Levels instructors take time to break down the basics at the beginning of each class session. New steppers may also register for the Level 1 beginner moves “Library” to jumpstart your learning at Levels Step Fitness Library

A: Yes, all moves are beginner friendly. The instructors explain the step moves to all members prior to executing step moves as a group.
Elite Athlete members will also be able to access the Levels Step Fitness Library for a small fee.

Levels Step & Strong together will promote maximum fitness results.
Levels Step is a high intense cardio workout that will aid in improving your cardio capacity, flexibility balance, and recall ability.
Levels Strong is a strength training class that will increase physical strength, discipline, and improve your ability to burn fat post workout.

A: Level 1 introduction is for beginners with no previous step experience. Level 1 does not require a stepper. Learn the moves 1st add the stepper later. All fitness levels welcome.
Level 2 intermediate are for those with previous step, dance or fitness experience. Level 2 uses step moves to create low impact step routines and expand cardio capacity.
Level 3 experienced are for those who are more experienced in step, dance and/or fitness. Level 3 explores high impact cardio step moves to create high energy routines.
